Is it okay to date someone because it's comfortable for you? Meaning the person has always been around so you think it's best to start a relationship with them. I'm not sure about this because I have to be in love with the person. I'm not going to date you for convenience. I'm sure this works for some because it can grow stronger as the years go along. I know quite a few that's with someone because it's convenient. They act very awkward when you ask how the other person is doing....lol. I don't want a relationship like that. To me it sounds like the person gave up on finding what they really want.
